Welcome to the North Branch Township Library

A flyer for the next adult summer reading activity: a recipe swap at the North Branch Township Library starting on June 30. Patrons are encouraged to bring in a favorite or family recipe to share with others and have the opportunity to get some new recipes in return. Adult summer reading participants will also get a prize ticket entry for participating. The flyer is recipe themed, so has graphics of various kitchen utensils such as a crockpot, salt and pepper shakers, a cutting board, a pan, and a bottle of cooking oil. Our next adult activity for summer reading is a community recipe swap! Starting June 30, bring in a favorite recipe to share with others and get some new ones in return! Summer reading participants will also receive a prize ticket for their recipe.

A flyer for the week 5 summer reading craft, which is a cross-stitch dinosaur. Participants will make a cross stitch of a t rex. The craft runs from July 14 to July 18 during library hours and all ages are welcome. The flyer features a dinosaur themed border with ferns and different dinosaurs such as a t rex, a stegosaurus, and a triceratops. There is a picture of the craft, which is a black cross-stitched t rex skull on a white background.

A flyer for a mosaic art craft happening at the North Branch Township Library on Friday July 10 from 11am to 1pm. Participants will be making a cement tile with their decorative stones to display at their homes. The flyer features example images of decorative stones that participants could make. A flyer for the Mastodon Fossil Day at the North Branch Library on July 14 at 10:30AM. Local expert Patty McNinch will talk about the mastodon dig in Mayville and show off some fossils. A flyer for a dinosaur egg scavenger hunt at the North Branch Township Library on July 18th from 10am to 2pm or until supplies last. Participants will hunt for a dinosaur egg and then crack it open to find a dinosaur to take home. The flyer has cartoon images of a baby t rex looking at another baby dinosaur emerging from an egg in a nest. They are surrounded by plants.

A flyer for the week 6 summer reading craft, which is a dinosaur shadow lantern. Participants will get a jar and dinosaur silhouettes to make a personal lantern. The craft runs from July 21 to July 25 during library hours and all ages are welcome to participate. A flyer for an event at the North Branch Township Library where participants will get to read to rabbits. The event is on July 21 from 10:30am to 11:30 am. Space is limited so participants will need to sign up by calling 810-688-2282. The flyer has pictures of one of the rabbits that may be at the library. A flyer for the week 7 summer reading craft, which is a dinosaur plant marker or bookmark that participants will paint themselves. The craft runs from July 27 to July 31 during library hours and all ages are welcome to participate. The flyer features a picture of a paint palette and examples of the craft, with one stegosaurus bookmark in a book and a stegosaurus plant marker in a potted plant.

A flyer for Ice Cream With the Library at TJs Ice Cream Cabin in North Branch. Participants can come to TJs on July 28 between 1-3pm to get a free small ice cream cone paid for by the library. Library card sign up and free children books will be available as well. The flyer features different varieties of ice cream cones across the bottom. On the left is a strawberry ice cream cone. Next is a blue and white swirl soft serve cone. After that is a mint chocolate chip cone. Last is a pink and blue swirl soft serve cone.
Come get ice cream with the North Branch Township Library! Come to TJs Ice Cream Cabin on July 28 between 1-3pm to get a free small cone paid for by the library. Library card sign-up and free children books will be available as well.

This is a low pressure book club so even if you do not finish the book we would still love for you to stop in and chat! Our next meeting is on July 30 from 5:30 to 7 pm.
