Ming Louie presents a hands-on demonstration of Chinese cooking and dining etiquette.  He will teaching the class how to prepare egg rolls and dipping sauce as part of the demonstration.  Ming also answers questions and provides tips for all your Chinese Cooking needs.  This program is appropriate for adults and well behaved teens.
